All our products are printed on demand specifically for you. This means each item is custom-made once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery here .
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your order details (size, color, design) before checkout. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors made during ordering.

• Personalized or custom designs

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• We cannot fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
